Key Responsibilities
1. HR & Payroll
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding.
Oversee attendance tracking, payroll processing, and provide support for performance review cycles.
Ensure all HR processes are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements, with accurate data management.
2. Recruitment & Staffing
Post job openings across various recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support new hire onboarding.
Maintain and manage recruitment channels and related data.
3. Employee Relations
Maintain and update employee personnel files.
Support employee communication initiatives, training programs, and company culture activities.
Assist in resolving employee-related issues and ensuring a positive work environment.
4. Insurance & Compliance
Administer and renew local insurance policies including medical, workers' compensation, and property insurance.
Coordinate with external vendors and headquarters to ensure compliance with local laws and internal standards.
5. Administrative Support
Manage office supplies procurement and daily office operations.
Liaise with office service providers and vendors.
Assist with travel arrangements and review expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Compile and maintain HR-related reports (e.g., recruitment, payroll, performance metrics).
Organize and archive HR documentation.
Generate insights and analysis to support HR strategy and decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above; major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, with a solid understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in HR/payroll systems (ADP experience preferred) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Strong cross-cultural awareness and adaptability.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
