Maintenance Technician - 1st or 2nd Shift, Direct Placement
Job Description:
Manufacturing facility with approximately 650 employees. The plant specializes in the production of awnings for RVs and is part of a global leadership brand in this space.
Available Shifts - 2 Openings:
1st Shift:
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)
2nd Shift:
4:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday – Thursday) ** F
ridays currently scheduled as overtime. Weekly hours range from 40–50; expected to stabilize to 40–45 hours/week by year-end.**
Starting Rate:
$25/hr. - $35/hr., based on experience and skill level
Employment Type:
Full-time, Onsite, Direct Placement
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on both older and newer industrial equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
Work with a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment, including mechanical hydraulic benders, brake presses, precision heat and pressure welders, punches, wrappers, and cut tables
Support overall plant operations by minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability
Qualifications:

:
3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with preventative maintenance systems (PMs)
