Redwood Credit Union is seeking a purpose-driven candidate with a passion for innovation and impact to join our Senior Leadership Team as the Senior Vice President of Product, Projects, and Corporate Real Estate. This role leads product innovation, project management excellence, and corporate real estate initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership: Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing direction and leadership for the organization. Plan, develop, implement, and monitor budgets, plans, policies, procedures, and strategies for product and service innovation, project management, corporate real estate, and facilities. Product & Service Innovation: Continually monitor and assess the competitiveness of all products and services against relevant comparable companies, industries, and markets. Establish and maintain credibility throughout the organization to execute and provide effective leadership over key areas of responsibility. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of project management excellence across the organization. Coach and provide constructive insight and guidance to the project management team. Support the execution of best practices within the Project Management Department to achieve business goals and ensure the smooth running of projects. Corporate Real Estate & Facilities: Ensure the effective administration of the corporate real estate portfolio. Lead the corporate real estate and facilities teams, overseeing strategies and processes related to real estate leases, facilities renovations, premises management, and team member movement. Deep experience in product development and product positioning strategies, efforts, and methods. Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver solutions. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and inter-dependencies and devise solutions. Track record of analyzing people processes, data, and trends to drive continuous improvement. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people including Members, team members, officials/directors, community leaders, vendors, and others. Ability to lead, motivate, and direct team members. Excellent project management skills including planning, organizing, and delivering project deliverables; leading and motivating project teams; maintaining relationships with internal clients and external vendors; ensuring cost-effective delivery while meeting objectives; and proactive communication of progress and risks. Maintain thorough documentation of project activities. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in business administration or a closely related field, with a minimum of twelve years of experience in product development and project management, and at least five years of progressive leadership experience. Compensation: Base starting range: $222,000 to $255,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our base salary starting range reflects position scope, candidate experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
