Job description content provided by LinkedIn. This role is based in Mountain View, CA and is a hybrid position with work from home and a LinkedIn office on select days.

Responsibilities

Coordinate meeting responsibilities (logistics, action items, note-taking, assist in preparing content, etc.).

Plan, organize and manage multiple calendars (resolve overlapping commitments and protect time for priorities).

Coordinate all travel arrangements.

Manage logistics for special events such as team all-hands or off-sites.

Manage and reconcile expense reports, purchase and procurement requisitions and contracts within time constraints; understand the teams’ budget.

Manage special projects, as agreed with manager(s).

Maintain email distribution lists / aliases.

Act as the point of contact between workplace services to meet facility needs for the team.

May train and coach new AAs.

Obtain an understanding of internal structures and operations of the organization.

Maintain administrative processes that reduce redundancy and improve accuracy, while achieving organizational objectives.

Maintain confidentiality with excellent judgment, discretion and professionalism.

Partner with HR, Finance, Legal and other teams on various initiatives.

Apply judgment with a full understanding of urgency and priorities of leaders, routinely multi-tasking with little to no direction.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working at the senior level in an administrative role.

Preferred Qualifications: experience with project and budget management; experience supporting multiple leaders of large teams; advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and cloud-based applications (SharePoint); excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills; ability to interact professionally with senior leaders and anticipate their needs; thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment; ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines in ambiguous environments; proactive attitude and willingness to take on additional project work; adaptability to new technologies and systems; discretion and confidentiality in all tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $81,000 - $133,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
