We are seeking a visionary yet hands-on

Vice President of Marketing

to lead the next phase of growth for several of LoneTree Capital's portfolio companies. The ideal marketing leader will be equally strong in strategic vision and day-to-day execution — architecting the marketing function while rolling up their sleeves to deliver measurable results. The role spans building a high-performing team, shaping market positioning, and executing demand generation programs that drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities

Build and Lead a World-Class Marketing Organization Architect and execute comprehensive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies Recruit, mentor, and scale a small yet high-performing marketing team Establish measurable programs with ROI, pipeline attribution, and funnel visibility Drive tight alignment with sales to maximize conversion and pipeline velocity Shape Market Positioning — define and own company messaging and positioning within competitive, high-growth categories Lead a multi-channel content strategy — thought leadership, case studies, demand generation, and executive visibility Elevate brand and executives as industry thought leaders Create value propositions that resonate with C-suite and operational buyers Drive Strategic Growth — partner with leadership to scale revenue Design and execute integrated campaigns that generate a qualified pipeline Define and monitor KPIs, optimizing with a data-driven approach Represent the company at industry events, analyst briefings, and client summits Optimize Marketing Operations — make pragmatic build-vs-buy decisions on martech, agencies, and outsourced resources Establish scalable marketing operations infrastructure Manage agencies and partnerships to extend reach Implement modern automation, attribution, and analytics platforms Qualifications

8+ years of progressive marketing leadership (Director, VP, or CMO) Experience scaling marketing teams in SaaS, consulting, or technology-enabled services Record of driving revenue growth from $10M → $30M+ or equivalent Proven experience working in sponsor-backed companies (PE or Growth Equity-backed preferred) Deep experience with ABM and complex B2B sales cycles (6–18 months) Familiarity with enterprise procurement and multi-stakeholder decision processes Ability to tailor messaging across Fortune 1000, mid-market, and services clients Demonstrated ability to build and optimize demand engines Consistent record of exceeding aggressive pipeline and revenue targets Data-driven approach with analytical rigor Excellent communication skills with C-suite presentation experience Compensation & Location
