We’re seeking a Production Supervisor for our Denver branch to oversee liquid soap, sanitizer, and detergent production and warehouse activities. This is an onsite leadership role responsible for supervising production employees, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining quality and efficiency across operations. Key Responsibilities
Supervise production associates and daily operations. Promote and enforce workplace safety and housekeeping practices. Ensure production quality standards are followed. Coordinate cross-training and employee development. Work with maintenance on equipment downtime and repairs. Support warehouse staffing and assist with shipping operations as needed. Inventory Management : both placing orders for raw materials as needed and having a role in Quarterly Inventory counts. Mix raw chemicals according to Auto-Chlor formulations and blending procedures in quantities and on a schedule determined by the branch manager following careful safety procedures. Decant finished product from mixing vats into the appropriately sized container for machine or sales use. Labels container with appropriate Auto-Chlor and Safety information. Prepare containers for filling, making sure containers are clean, flushed of chemical residue, and safe. Ensures all containers are properly and accurately filled, sealed, labeled, and stored. Keeps production area neat, clean and free from spills. Exercise approved safety procedures at all times, wearing prescribed safety equipment. Assist shop, installation, and service and sales personnel as determined by the Branch Manager. Responsible for assigning and delegating tasks and verifying work was completed accurately. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. 2–3 years of experience in a production supervisory role preferred. Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Knowledge of production processes and forklift operations. Proficient with RF scanning and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Must be self-motivated and dependable. Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for long periods. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. May need to climb stairs. Must wear required safety PPE. May operate a company vehicle. Why Auto-Chlor?
