Regional Vice President of Construction

Responsibilities
Responsible for P&L and overall construction operations for projects within the region.
Ensure project budgets are followed, work codes are adhered to, manage cash flow, forecast costs, and report any financial issues to the owner.
Lead and coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress and ensure best practices.
Ensure all projects are executed safely, effectively, and on schedule.
Schedule and attend meetings with clients, architects, and engineers to meet client expectations and project milestones.
Oversee quality control throughout projects and travel to project sites as needed.
Qualifications
Strong job history stability (no more than 2 jobs in the last 10 years).
Construction management experience overseeing mechanical/HVAC and electrical systems.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a division manager or similar for a medium to large electrical subcontractor.
Proven success in running operations for a medium-sized electrical contractor.
Knowledge and financial responsibility to manage profit & loss.
Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, specs, and contract documents.
Experience with large commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects.
Experience with project budgets, cost forecasting, change orders, billings, and job costing.
Must be able to pass a background check and possess a good driving record.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but Not Necessary
Regional leadership and strategic planning experience in electrical construction.
