Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Regional Vice President of Construction in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Regional Vice President of Construction Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Regional Vice President of Construction in Raleigh, North Carolina is between $200,000 and $250,000.

Regional Vice President of Construction Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for P&L

Responsible for ensuring project budgets are being followed, work codes, cash flow, forecasting costs, and monitoring & reporting any financial issues to owner

Manage and communicate with all project managers, superintendents, etc. in order to facilitate job progress and ensure best practices are being followed

Ensure all projects are running safely, effectively and on schedule

Schedule and attend meetings with clients, architects, and engineers as needed to meet client expectations and project milestones

Ensure quality control throughout project

Travel to projects, as needed

Regional Vice President of Construction Qualifications

Great job history stability, no more than 2 jobs in the last 10 years

Construction Management experience overseeing mechanical / HVAC and electrical

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working as a division manager or similar for a medium to large electrical subcontractor

Proven success running operations for a medium-sized electrical contractor

Knowledge & financial responsibility to run profit & loss

Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, specs, and contract documents to fully understand scope of work, scheduling, and contract requirements

Project experience must include large commercial and multifamily electrical construction projects

Successful experience with project budgets, forecasting project costs, change orders, billings, job costing, and more

Must be able to pass a background check, and possess a good driving record

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred but Not Necessary

Journeyman License
