Job Description Samsung’s Mobile eXperience (MX) business spans a complex portfolio of products and services powered by Galaxy AI technology. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing, the
Director of MX Campaign Strategy & GTM Activation
leads the team to develop campaign strategy, integrated marketing plans, go-to-market activation, execution, and measurement of full-funnel marketing campaigns toward annual and quarterly revenue targets. The role owns critical internal stakeholder relationships (Product Marketing, Finance, Retail, Ecomm), carrier/partner collaboration, and external agency partners. Role And Responsibilities Insights-driven campaign strategy development and ownership: translate business and product goals into multi-channel marketing campaign strategy. Develop integrated campaign briefs with objectives, target audience, key messages, and KPI/success metrics across the funnel for product launches, sustain initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and culture moments. Collaborate with product, influencer, partnership, PR, social, media, CRM, and carrier marketing and creative teams to adapt global strategies for US activation. Align timing and execution across teams and geographies. Own campaign strategy and evangelize during key leadership meetings at strategic business reviews (SEA and Global leadership). Channel integration and execution: establish campaign thru-lines and collaborate with stakeholders across influencer, partnership, PR, social, media, CRM, and channel marketing to support US-focused brand, product, and business objectives. Create and manage timelines, communicate progress and blockers, and ensure accountability across stakeholders. Lead tracking, analysis and reporting against established KPIs. Cross-category marketing visions and initiatives: lead MX cross-portfolio initiatives (e.g., CRN, Why Galaxy, Try Galaxy) from insights analysis to campaign strategies, briefs, planning, execution, and learning agenda. Deliver innovative approaches to create new sources of business growth through audience, channel, partner expansion, strategic go-to-market, and creative innovation. People leadership: lead and grow a team of integrated marketers, foster a culture of respect, ownership, collaboration, and innovation; manage strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build insights-driven campaign strategies. Skills And Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in related field (business, marketing, communications). 12+ years of relevant experience in strategic marketing or sales. Strategic thinking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to navigate conflicting priorities and stakeholders within SEA and globally. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, agencies, and partners. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record leading integrated campaign development and go-to-market activation for a complex product portfolio. Experience growing global brands, focusing on technology, lifestyle, and entertainment. Ability to translate global frameworks into US-relevant campaigns. Experience managing and developing high-performing teams. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; ability to dissect data into clear opportunities. Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to collaborate with teams and agency partners. Ability to pivot strategically based on campaign and channel performance and evolving business needs.
