Visit our Career Page at elfbeauty.com/work-with-us for more information. Position Summary The AVP of Integrated Marketing is a pivotal role within the Naturium marketing team. It encompasses ownership and leadership of global strategy through to execution of the brands owned and earned media functions. This leader should demonstrate growth, positivity, honesty, curiosity, innovation, speed, agility and collaboration. The role will manage a team of 7 and a matrix of agencies, with team growth planned soon. Collaboration is essential as this leader works closely with brand, creative and digital functions to execute effectively. Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Strategy: concept and develop holistic brand strategy for all brand owned and earned media Owned media: develop strategy and execution of owned media communications that reflect brand DNA; collaborate with Creative team on outputs Earned media: drive activations and buzz with influencer community to improve EMV and growth in editorial and business press New platforms: build brand presence on emerging social/digital communities to reach next generation Brand Campaigns: collaborate with CMO and Brand team to develop campaigns that anchor the marketing calendar Community Cultivation: oversee community management and feed insights into future marketing strategies Budget Management: manage and optimize a significant portion of brand spend Requirements

10+ years in integrated marketing with strong owned and earned media strategy Leadership experience managing marketing teams (7+ members) and agency partners Holistic brand strategy development aligned with business goals Strong owned media acumen and authentic platform-specific communications Proven success in earned media, influencer engagement, PR, and EMV growth Ability to grow brand presence on emerging digital platforms Experience leading brand campaigns and cross-functional initiatives Strong community-building and social listening skills Budget management with forecasting, optimization, and ROI analysis Collaborative, agile, and innovative leadership in a fast-paced environment This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed.
