Were looking for an Associate Brand Manager to help bring our brand strategy to life. In this role, youll contribute to brand growth by analyzing performance, supporting product development, and executing impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, in tune with consumer trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Execution
Support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty across channels. Product Launches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new product innovations to marketfrom ideation to launch. Go-to-Market Support
Partner with internal teamsincluding influencer, social, creative, and digital marketingto activate product storytelling and hero moments across platforms. Business & Performance Analysis
Monitor key performance indicators and analyze sales, market, and consumer data. Competitive & Consumer Insights
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree (BA or BS) required 23 years of relevant experience in brand or product marketing, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry Strong creative sensibility with a keen eye for branding and storytelling Data-savvy with the ability to interpret sales reports, consumer insights, and digital analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting ideas Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Deep passion for beauty, skincare, and emerging trends; actively follows beauty influencers and launches
