Assistant Store Manager - Spirit at Spirit Halloween. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager helps with the overall operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Hourly rate ranges from $18.50 - $18.75 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include New York Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications. Location: White Plains, NY (temporary/seasonal environment). The minimum age requirement is 18 and the schedule must be flexible. The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store Establish and maintain Guest Services to drive customer satisfaction Develop staff and assist in day-to-day coaching and performance management Control expenses and monitor shrinkage Oversee all aspects of merchandising and inventory control Qualifications

Prior retail management experience required Flexible schedule and ability to work in a seasonal store environment Must be 18 years or older Able to stand and walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds Benefits
