RAM Recruiting - A growing nursing home company is seeking an energetic and strategic Regional Director of Business Development to oversee and support census growth and marketing initiatives across multiple facilities in Maryland. This is a high-impact leadership role for a healthcare professional with strong SNF admissions and marketing experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee business development, admissions, and marketing efforts across multiple facilities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive census growth and referral development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and other referral sources.
Monitor admissions processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service.
Provide training and support to facility-level admissions and marketing teams.
Track and analyze admissions data and market trends, reporting results to executive leadership.
Represent the company at community events, networking functions, and industry forums.
Qualifications
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) admissions and marketing required.
Regional or multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of healthcare referral networks in the Maryland market.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of census development and referral growth.
Ability to travel between facilities.
