Turing is building remote teams and scaling startups through technical sourcing and leadership hiring. We are looking for a Technical Sourcers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about identifying exceptional talent. In this role, you will play a vital part in scaling our global engineering and product teams by uncovering and engaging top-tier candidates. You will help lay the foundation for our growing tech teams through sourcing niche profiles and crafting compelling outreach strategies. Key Responsibilities
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles Source high-quality technical candidates through creative, data-driven approaches using platforms such as LinkedIn, Gem and others Build and maintain strong pipelines for multiple technical roles across different levels and functions Create engaging and tailored outreach messages to attract passive candidates Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess technical alignment and candidate interest Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation in our ATS and CRM systems Stay updated on market trends, sourcing tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing top talent Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and industry hiring trends Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray search techniques, GitHub, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities with strong organizational skills Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote setup Why Join Us
