Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Partner to lead and expand our Transaction Advisory Services practice, with a focus on middle-market companies and private equity-sponsored transactions. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in financial due diligence and quality of earnings analysis, who thrives in a collaborative environment serving dynamic clients. The successful candidate will drive business development, oversee high-impact engagements, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional value in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional activities. Base pay range
$250,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Lead and manage transaction advisory engagements, including financial due diligence (FDD), quality of earnings (QoE) assessments, and related financial analyses for buy-side and sell-side transactions. Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the practice, including identifying new opportunities, building relationships with private equity firms, middle-market businesses, and intermediaries. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on financial risks, opportunities, and value creation in complex deals. Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to timelines, and alignment with client objectives. Contribute to thought leadership through industry publications, speaking engagements, and networking events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advisory services with broader consultancy offerings. Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth. Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience in transaction advisory services within a consultancy setting. Proven track record in business development, with demonstrated success in originating and closing deals in the middle-market and private equity space. Extensive hands-on experience in financial due diligence and quality of earnings analysis, including leading multiple high-stakes transactions. Prior experience at a Big 4 firm or other national consulting firms Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and client relationships at the executive level. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with a client-centric approach. Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
