Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Partner to lead and expand our Transaction Advisory Services practice, with a focus on middle-market companies and private equity-sponsored transactions. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in financial due diligence and quality of earnings analysis, who thrives in a collaborative environment serving dynamic clients. The successful candidate will drive business development, oversee high-impact engagements, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional value in mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional activities. Responsibilities
Lead and manage transaction advisory engagements, including financial due diligence (FDD), quality of earnings (QoE) assessments, and related financial analyses for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the practice, including identifying new opportunities, building relationships with private equity firms, middle-market businesses, and intermediaries.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on financial risks, opportunities, and value creation in complex deals.
Oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to timelines, and alignment with client objectives.
Contribute to thought leadership through industry publications, speaking engagements, and networking events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advisory services with broader consultancy offerings.
Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Qualifications
and Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in transaction advisory services within a consultancy setting.
Proven track record in business development, with demonstrated success in originating and closing deals in the middle-market and private equity space.
Extensive hands-on experience in financial due diligence and quality of earnings analysis, including leading multiple high-stakes transactions.
Prior experience at a Big 4 firm or other national consulting firms
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and client relationships at the executive level.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with a client-centric approach.
Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
