Director of ICF Residential Services — Home of Guiding Hands. Home of Guiding Hands is seeking a Director of ICF Residential Services to lead, manage, and hold accountable our teams supporting Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF). In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of our residential programs, ensuring they meet and exceed the standards set by federal and state regulations, including Title 17, Title 22, and DDS guidelines. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, behavioral specialists, and direct support professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs. Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 Annually. Schedule: Full-time. FLSA Status/CBA: Exempt, Non-union. Benefits Eligibility: Managers Exempt. This is a key leadership role focused on regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and the ongoing development of programs that improve the lives of the individuals we serve. What You'll Be Doing

Team Leadership Lead, manage, and hold QIDPs accountable for clinical and operational excellence across all ICF homes. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure ongoing compliance with ICF/IID regulations, Title 17, Title 22, and DDS standards. Track and ensure compliance for all mandatory staff trainings and certifications (Relias, CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, Pro-Act, etc.). Lead incident response, audits, survey preparedness, and implement corrective actions. Client & Family Services Guide implementation of Individual Program Plans (IPPs) and clinical services using an interdisciplinary approach. Manage and coordinate client referral screening and intake processing. Support care coordination with medical providers, families, and community partners. Staff & Operations Management Oversee applicant screening and hiring with HR, provide systems training and onboarding to Residential Supervisory staff, facilitate the Human Rights Committee process (coordination, documentation, and staff education). Monitor and manage ICF program budgets and resources. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred). Experience: At least 5 years in IDD or ICF/IID services, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Expertise: Regulatory compliance and clinical coordination for ICF/IID programs. Leadership Skills: Ability to Lead, Manage, and hold teams Accountable (LMA). Communication: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Licensing/Certifications: Valid CA driver's license with at least 2 years of licensed driving experience and acceptable driving record. CPR and First Aid certification, Pro-Act, and Medication Administration. Health & Safety: Willing to complete a pre-employment physical and a negative TB screen, updated annually.
