We are partnered with a specialized equipment and safety solutions provider for the heavy construction industry, seeking a strategic and hands-on CFO. The company has a strong regional presence and a reputation for safety, service, and innovation, positioned for growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities

Lead all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and reporting. Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic initiatives and long-term planning. Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support data-driven decision-making. Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and investors. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls. Mentor and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in construction, equipment rental, or industrial services. Previous experience working with a Private Equity backed company. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Employment details
