Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biology or related field and 3 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry research experience, or a Master’s degree in the mentioned fields with 1 year of experience. Experience with: cell signaling pathways, protein engineering and cancer immunotherapies; molecular biology techniques (DNA construct design and cloning, including large-scale library cloning and quality assessment using Next-Generation Sequencing); mammalian cell culture and cell line engineering by CRISPR-Cas9; common laboratory automation platforms (e.g., Hamilton and Integra Assist Plus); multi-color flow cytometry and FACS; data analysis software (FlowJo, GraphPad Prism); bioinformatics analysis of sequence data using R and/or Python; managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines; presenting results in team settings.
