About the Role A national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least 2 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment practice group in Orange County, California. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment law matters, including single-plaintiff disputes and complex wage and hour class actions. The role is ideal for a motivated attorney seeking hands-on experience with sophisticated clients, direct case responsibility, and mentorship in a supportive, low-turnover environment. Responsibilities

Represent clients in labor and employment matters, including claims involving FEHA, wage and hour violations, and agency complaints Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements Conduct and defend depositions, prepare for hearings, and assist with trial preparation Provide strategic legal counsel to clients across a variety of employment law issues Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters Maintain timely and accurate case documentation and reporting Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school Active license to practice law in the State of California 2+ years of experience in civil litigation Familiarity with labor and employment law, including FEHA, wage & hour, and administrative agency practice Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Desired Qualifications

Prior experience handling wage and hour class actions or PAGA claims Exposure to trial preparation and courtroom proceedings Demonstrated interest in employment law and litigation strategy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing work Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to professional development Benefits
