Define and develop internal and external marketing materials Adapt to quickly learn new product details and document them accurately Be agile to adapt to a rapidly changing landscape Coordinate with senior leaders across lines of business to design innovative client-focused products to enhance adoption Plan and own commercialization of new services with internal Sales, Service and onboarding colleagues Succeed in a diverse, high-performing team that models Diversity & Inclusion objectives Encourage innovation and partnership with cross-functional partners in technology, operations, service, risk, compliance and legal Leverage data and operating metrics to improve products and services Demonstrate leadership in commercialization disciplines Actively support marketing efforts Represent Trust and Safety products in Sales and Partner forums and training sessions Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Collaborate on go-to-market strategies alongside product, marketing and commercialization teams championing the product in positioning, messaging, placement, thought leadership, and other go-to-market deliverables Adopt and adhere to Agile methodology and thought processes Strong problem-solving ability with the confidence to advance innovative and differentiated solutions Clear understanding of pricing strategies to align with billing teams to secure service codes Proven execution of deliverables Represent the Trust & Safety products at internal governance forums Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Proven success in designing and executing strategies in large, high-performance organizations Leadership and innovation demonstrated in prior roles Exceptional presentation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholder expectations Work-related domestic travel About Us
