Senior Business Analyst
with strong expertise in JD Edwards and logistics to join our team. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across business and IT to deliver solutions that streamline operations, improve integration, and support mission-critical processes. You’ll leverage your technical and functional expertise to bridge requirements, drive projects, and ensure successful delivery.

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across logistics and order-to-cash (O2C) processes. Serve as a subject matter expert for JD Edwards v9.2, EDI transactions, and related integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to design, configure, and enhance business solutions. Support integration projects leveraging Cleo Integration Cloud and MercuryGate (Infios). Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports to support data analysis and validation. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Provide functional support, testing, and troubleshooting across JD Edwards O2C modules. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment and clarity. Qualifications
5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Hands-on experience with JD Edwards v9.2 (focus on Order-to-Cash modules). Proficiency with Cleo Integration Cloud and MercuryGate (Infios). Strong knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT). Solid SQL skills for querying and reporting. Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and stakeholders. Background in logistics and supply chain business processes. Additional Details
