Overview Base pay range: $105,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues by knowing fans best. We work with clients to understand and influence what fans do — how they spend, events they attend, channels they respond to, and the content they watch — to help clients grow audiences and revenues. We are a global team with close to 1000 people across 14 offices, serving over 900 clients including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon.

This position is for a seasoned, solutions-oriented Lead Producer with deep experience in video production and a passion for delivering high-quality content. You will help lead production teams through complex deliverables, tight timelines, and evolving client needs, contribute to creative concepting, and ensure the story remains strong from pitch to final cut. This is not a remote position and will be located in our New York or Miami office.

What is a Lead Producer at Two Circles? We focus on three key components:

Leadership of Production Teams

Oversight of Complex Projects

Strategic Client Partnership

A Lead Producer leads high-profile productions across multiple clients, manages multiple workstreams, and raises quality standards. You will work with internal creative and client teams to foster collaboration, alignment, and delivery excellence. You will ensure briefs are protected, and the final product meets the highest standards.

This role requires understanding both the production and editing processes. You will support these roles, balance creative ambition with client realities, and thrive in a fast-paced, content-driven environment. Mentoring others and sustaining a strong, collaborative culture are important parts of the role.
