Overview
Manager, Digital Marketing role at Cincinnati Museum Center. The position supports development and execution of digital marketing strategies and online video content creation to increase museum attendance, revenue and brand awareness. Base pay range: $50,000.00/hr - $50,000.00/hr. Department: Marketing. Reports to: Vice President, Marketing & Communications. Exempt/Full-time Salary: $50,000. Responsibilities
Digital Advertising – 60% Develop and execute comprehensive digital and email marketing strategies to reach target audiences to increase attendance, revenue and brand awareness. Create, manage and optimize paid and grant-supported internal Google Ad account. Develop and execute email calendar and journey mapping, utilizing automation and audience segmentation. Collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure strategic and cohesive message delivery to meet specific audience goals. Create and edit compelling email and digital marketing copy, adhering to brand voice and style guidelines. Track and analyze email and digital campaign performance, reporting regularly and fine tuning for performance. Manage the growth and maintenance of email audience lists to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Identify and grow target audiences to increase organizational reach. Maintain current knowledge of trends and developments in traditional, email and digital marketing. Contribute to the planning, creation, implementation and success of overall marketing and communication strategy for CMC. Video Production – 40% Develop video content calendar and strategy in collaboration with Director of Video and Content. Capture, edit and curate footage to be used in marketing materials, including on website, social media and external advertising platforms. Edit videos, including interview packages and b-roll reels, short form videos and TV ad spots. Assist in larger video productions as needed, including planning, setup, filming and editing. Qualifications
Proven excellence in writing and content creation. Proven ability to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, and A/B testing preferred. Experience with email marketing applications preferred. Experience with video capture and production, and video editing for digital platforms. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop. Experience working in a non-profit, museum, or arts organization a plus. Collaborative and team oriented. High level of integrity and respect for confidentiality. BA/BS required (or equivalent experience). Two to four years’ related experience in digital marketing. Benefits
