About the Role As an

Ads Manager & Marketing Data Strategist , you will be central to our client work. Your responsibilities include running Meta and Google ad campaigns, ensuring leads flow into CRMs and dashboards, and owning strategy, performance, and innovation across accounts. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you will be trusted to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize campaigns in

Meta Ads Manager

and

Google Ads

(Search/Performance Max/YouTube as needed).

Own creative rotation, bidding/budget strategy, audience testing, and weekly performance tuning.

Implement scalable account structures and naming conventions for multi-location clients.

Data, Reporting & Decision Support

Maintain weekly dashboards and monthly performance reports using Google Sheets and AgencyAnalytics (Power BI/Looker Studio a plus).

Translate data into actionable insights: identify what’s working, what’s wasting spend, and what to do next.

Partner with leadership on forecasting, budget pacing, and KPI goal-setting by client.

Automation, Lead Flow & QA

Build and maintain Zapier automations for lead capture, enrichment, deduping, routing, and notifications.

Ensure data hygiene between ad platforms, forms, and GoHighLevel pipelines; troubleshoot breaks proactively.

Own conversion tracking (pixels, tags, events) and validate attribution.

Landing Pages & CRO (GoHighLevel)

Launch and iterate GoHighLevel landing pages/forms; run A/B tests on hooks, layout, and form friction.

Implement CRO improvements to raise conversion rate and lower cost per lead.

Multi-Location & Franchise Operations

Tailor budgets, radius targeting, and creative by market; document learnings into playbooks.

Standardize reporting so franchisees understand performance and next steps.

Collaborate with Creative on briefs and post-mortems; with Client Success on narrative and expectations.

Present performance updates to internal teams and, occasionally, to clients.

Turn experiments into SOPs and reusable templates; pilot new platform features and automation tactics.

Qualifications

Experience:

2+ years managing

Meta

and/or

Google Ads

with a track record in lead generation. Multi-account or multi-location experience preferred.

Analytical:

Advanced Google Sheets/Excel; comfortable with pivot tables, lookups, and clear visuals; experience with platform reporting and AgencyAnalytics (Power BI/Looker Studio a plus).

Technical

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads

GoHighLevel (funnels, forms, pipelines, basic automations)

AgencyAnalytics (or similar BI)

Slack, Asana

Communication & Ownership

Clear, concise presenter of data and strategy—internally and externally.

Ownership & Problem-Solving: Bias to action; troubleshoot delivery issues, attribution gaps, or platform quirks without hand-holding.

Organization: Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns, deadlines, and reports with accuracy.

Growth Mindset: Hungry to improve systems, performance, and your own craft.

Nice-to-Haves (not required)

Experience with multi-location franchise marketing

CRO testing frameworks; basic HTML/CSS inside GHL builders

Work Location & Office Setup This is an in-person role based at our Temecula, CA office. While we value flexibility, this position requires being on-site daily to collaborate with our team and help build the culture of a fast-growing agency. Remote work is not the right fit.
