and run production where precision meets pace. On our second shift, you’ll work four 10-hour days, Monday–Thursday, 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m., guiding jobs from setup through final pull while keeping quality, safety, and efficiency front and center. The equipment You’ll operate and care for KBA 105 and 106 sheetfed offset presses—6- and 7-color, 40"—and related large format printing equipment. How you’ll contribute Prepare, set up, operate, and fine-tune lithographic sheetfed presses for scheduled production. Continuously monitor registration, color, and consistency to deliver high-caliber printed materials. Dial in ink and water balance to lock in optimal print quality across runs. Execute routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Coordinate with production teammates to meet schedules, quotas, and quality targets. Keep your press, tools, and surrounding area orderly and audit-ready. Follow safety protocols and company policies without compromise. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent; formal printing/press training is a plus. Demonstrated experience running litho presses or in a comparable pressroom role. Solid grasp of printing processes, press mechanics, and consumables. Sharp attention to detail and a methodical approach to solving problems. Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a production setting. Clear communication skills and a positive, team-first mindset. Flexibility for overtime when production demands it.
