This SAP HCM Analyst position will be the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for providing integration design & support, as well as HRIS systems functional support. The position will also provide SME support to related Human Resource systems. The position will focus on platform-specific responsibilities, including managing security through Role-Based Permissions (RBP), overseeing data replication to SAP HCM, and maintaining integrations with third-party applications. Experience in a hybrid Employee Central and SAP HCM environment is essential. Additionally, a solid understanding of HR functions, combined with exceptional communication and collaboration skills, is required to engage effectively with business stakeholders.

*Technical Responsibilities:* * Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. * Proficient in SAP Role-Based Permissions (RBP). * Develop integrations using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). * Familiar with SAP ECC HCM modules, especially Organization Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA). * Preferred knowledge of SAP ECC HCM Payroll, Time, and Benefits modules. * Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting (RCM), Learning Management (LMS), and Performance & Goals Management (PM/GM). * Experience with integrations from SAP S/4HANA and Dayforce.
*Required Skills:* * Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Business Management, or equivalent. * SAP Employee Central experience (certification preferred). * Dayforce experience (certification a plus). * Strong communication and customer-centric approach. * Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently. * Capable of working under pressure and in multicultural, multilingual environments. * Proven ability to communicate with both business and IT teams. * Experience in application integrations and business process improvement. * roles. * Willingness to travel (10%–24%).
