Job Information

This Business Analyst position will be the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for providing integration design & support as well as HRIS systems functional support. The position will also provide SME support to related Doosan Human Resource systems. The position will focus on platform-specific responsibilities, including managing security through Role-Based Permissions (RBP), overseeing data replication to SAP HCM, and maintaining integrations with third-party applications. Experience in a hybrid Employee Central and SAP HCM environment is essential. Additionally, a solid understanding of HR functions, coupled with exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with business stakeholders, is required.

Level offered will be determined based on experience.

Role & Responsibility

Operational Performance

Act as the company's subject matter expert and front-line support for HR Systems and integrations as it relates to new implementations and the support of ongoing systems

Responsibilities will also include troubleshooting existing HR data integrations and providing technical support to the application development team

Provide integration environment technical knowledge and experience during the planning, execution, and management of HR data integrations into new or existing applications

Technical

Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is essential.

Proficiency in SAP Role-Based Permissions (RBP) is a requirement.

Expertise in using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and developing integrations via Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is a must.

Familiarity with SAP ECC HCM (On-Premise) modules, specifically Organization Management and Personnel Administration (OM/PA), is highly desirable.

Knowledge of SAP ECC HCM (On-Premise) Payroll, Time, and Benefits modules is preferred.

Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Recruiting (RCM), Learning Management (LMS), and Performance & Goals Management (PM/GM), would be an advantage.

Experience with integrations from SAP S4

Experience with Dayforce and integrating with it

Business Analyst/Functional Design

Participate in and/or lead, the planning of new integration projects

Design, develop, and deploy HRIS integration and application solutions within the organization’s architectural principles, policies, and guidelines

Provide hands-on support for various business groups through problem solving, HR/Payroll configuration, functional documentation, testing, developing system documentation, and training materials

Work with Senior Analysts, Application Developers, Business SME’s and other Support team members to drive process and systems improvements throughout the HR/Payroll organization

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Management or equivalent

Experience with SAP Employee Central; Certification preferred

Preferred experience with Dayforce; Certification a plus

Preferred Experience with integrations from SAP S4

Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are necessary.

Self-motivated and be able to plan your own work

Ability to work under pressure to resolve time sensitive issues

Ability to work effectively in a multi-culture and multi-language environment

Proven success communicating with both Business and IT Teams in support of HR Human Capital Management, Time and Attendance and other HR solutions

Experience designing and supporting various application integrations

Experience designing and improving business processes and controls

Demonstrated ability to communicate solutions and deployment to various stakeholder levels

2-5 years in related application support roles

Travel - 10%-24%
