Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a vital role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers with their needs related to Sherwin-Williams products. Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to our sales goals. You will work at our locations, including: 520 Hamilton St. Geneva, NY 14454 and 599 West Union St. Newark, NY 14513, and may be expected to travel to stores within a 30-mile radius. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone, building productive trust relationships. Process sales transactions accurately and maintain work order files. Follow store sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment. Maintain clean and organized store displays and assist with inventory management. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and help customers with mixing and tinting as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the country without needing visa sponsorship. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Possess a valid Driver's License. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Previous experience in selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
