About the Role
We are searching for a dynamic Chief Business Officer for the Pharmacy College. In this vital leadership role, you will act as the principal financial and administrative officer, overseeing all facets of the college's administrative, academic, and research support programs. You will partner closely with the Dean and the leadership team, providing strategic guidance on a diverse range of topics, including finance, business management, strategic planning, and policy development.
Your expertise will be crucial in formulating and presenting innovative strategies to optimize resources within a new budget environment. You will significantly contribute to setting the long-term goals and objectives of the college. A master's degree in a relevant field is required, along with at least 5 years of professional experience in financial management, or a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience.
To thrive in this role, you must possess advanced knowledge of financial management practices, including budget tracking and analysis, and have experience with enterprise resource planning systems. We are looking for a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Supervisory experience and the ability to engage with diverse populations are also crucial.
The Chief Business Officer will oversee financial operations, forecasting, and will provide essential recommendations for decision-making.
