Job Summary: The Sourcing and Recruiting Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting Access Medical Labs talent acquisition efforts. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and nurturing top talent for a variety of positions within the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about finding the right people to help us grow. Job Responsibilities: Identify, source, and engage potential candidates using online platforms, databases, and social media. Maintain an active talent pipeline across departments and disciplines. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate and interviewer availability, and send confirmations via email and calendar invitations. Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assist with posting job openings across various platforms and aligning postings with role requirements. Support the HR/Recruiting team with candidate correspondence and status updates. Assist with job fairs, recruiting events, and employer branding activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs. Support the administration of pre-employment activities such as background checks, references, and offer letters. Assist with onboarding logistics and other HR-related administrative duties as required. Qualifications & Skills: Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or similar HR support roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Experience with Paychex platform is a plus. Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in using sourcing platforms, social media, and recruiting databases. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adept at learning new HR/recruiting tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency and initiative. Seniority level
