Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-family, hotel, mixed-use, and commercial construction, with a strong understanding of stick frame construction processes. The Project Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution and completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to project timelines, costs, and quality.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to on-site teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-family, hotel, mixed-use, and commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of stick frame construction methods and processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
