Position: Legal Executive Receptionist

Location: Dallas, TX, 75201

Job Type: Full-time

Scheduled: Mon.- Fri., 8:30am to 5:30pm, (with flexibility for overtime if needed)

Salary: $27-$28 per hour

Are you an experienced Legal Receptionist looking to join a well-established law firm?

We are seeking an experienced, professional and organized Legal Receptionist to join our team in Dallas.


This role is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. Looking for professional, polished and WOW that will deliver amazing guest experiences!

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Coordinate food orders and catering for meetings and office events
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
  • Maintain office supplies and keep common areas organized
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative needs


Qualifications & Skills

  • Must have 2 plus years of prior experience in a Law firm or Legal receptionist role
  • Must have experience supporting 50 plus attorneys
  • Great, personality!
  • Experience handling reception, admin, and conference rooms
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Need "WOW" factor, including professionalism, polished, warm demeanor, etc.
