Summary

Hours for this role are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with some flexibility (7:00 am - 5:00 pm).

Under the direction of the System Director - HR Strategy, Employee and Labor Relations, the HR Specialist is responsible for greeting scheduled appointments, answering HR questions, handling phones, processing employment-related employee information, informing security of employee transfers, filing, managing personnel records, and conducting background checks for internal transfers.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in HR or business, or 2 years of clerical, HR, administrative, or office experience.
• Effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity in changing situations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, advanced computer skills.
