About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Human Resources Manager to manage and advance the HR function across our growing family of companies. Reporting to executive leadership, this role is responsible for delivering HR programs and operations that support a productive and engaging work environment.

In this role, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting managers and employees across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Execution & Compliance
    • Implement HR programs and initiatives aligned with business needs.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws across multiple states.
    • Support organizational planning, workforce administration, and compliance tracking.
    • Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and company-wide practices.
  • People Development & Training
    • Facilitate performance review processes and provide support for employee development activities.
    • Coordinate and deliver training programs to meet organizational needs.
    • Support succession planning and career development tracking.
  • Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems
    • Administer compensation and benefits programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Partner with Finance on payroll and benefits administration.
    • Maintain HR systems and prepare workforce reports and dashboards.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment for open roles across the company.
    • Ensure consistent and inclusive hiring practices across departments.
    • Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth new hire experience.
  • Employee Relations & Culture
    • Handle employee relations issues and support resolution processes.
    • Help promote company values across all HR touchpoints.
    • Coordinate engagement programs and recognition efforts to strengthen workplace culture.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated HR operations expertise
  • Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and core HR practices
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (BambooHR experience a plus)
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner across teams
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on role within a dynamic and growing company
