Position Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team in Niles, OH. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes
Develop and implement onboarding programs
Oversee employee benefits and welfare programs
Support performance management initiatives
Coordinate employee training and development programs
Foster positive employee relations and engagement
Enforce company policies and procedures
Process payroll accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Requirements
Proficiency in Korean and English, or English only (both written and spoken)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities
Proficient in MS Office and relevant HR software
Preferred Qualifications
Multilingual skills (English, Chinese, Spanish etc.)
Experience in a multicultural work environment
