Position Overview

As a Business Process Analyst youll be at the center of RWIs mission to simplify complexity and create scalable high-performing solutions across our logistics operations. Youll analyze processes identify improvement opportunities and lead initiatives that drive measurable results. Your work will directly impact how we serve customers improve operational efficiency and support long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Proactively identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement across departments to enhance efficiency productivity and profitability.
  • Analyze and test existing workflows processes and systems to evaluate effectiveness scalability and alignment with company strategy.
  • Collect and interpret data perform root cause analysis and recommend actionable data-driven solutions based on business needs.

Project Management & Implementation

  • Lead and manage process improvement initiatives balancing impact value and resource requirements to deliver measurable results.
  • Oversee the implementation and testing of process changes ensuring measurable performance improvements.
  • Track and communicate progress to stakeholders adjusting timelines and deliverables as needed.

Technology & Data Integration

  • Leverage technology and BI platforms to drive process standardization automation and efficiency.
  • Develop KPI metrics dashboards and visual management tools to monitor performance identify gaps and measure progress.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to gather and validate requirements ensuring solutions align with both operational needs and strategic priorities.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders on project status timelines and deliverables.
  • Support the development and delivery of training SOP and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of process changes.

Continuous Improvement & Documentation

  • Stay informed on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and bring innovative ideas and solutions to the organization.
  • Document processes workflows and lessons learned to build organizational knowledge and improve future projects.

Qualifications
  • Education: 4-year degree in Business Data Analytics Operations Management or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 02 years of relevant experience; logistics transportation or supply chain experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite process mapping tools (Lucidchart Visio) and project management platforms (Mavenlink or similar).
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau Power BI or Domo; familiarity with SQL or TMS platforms (e.g. MercuryGate) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and business teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills with expertise in conducting meetings with end users eliciting business requirements and overseeing project management activities.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently while building collaborative relationships within a team.
  • Experience in logistics transportation or supply chain analytics is a plus but not required.
