$60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year Location: Cleveland, Ohio Type: Permanent Industry: Legal & Compliance LHH is recruiting a trusts & estates paralegal for a downtown Cleveland law firm. This position is on-site, 5 days a week. Responsibilities:
Assist with probate and trust administration, including preparing necessary filings and correspondence. Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Coordinate asset transfers, distributions, and funding of trusts. Draft and file court documents related to estate and trust matters. Communicate directly with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals to facilitate estate and trust administration. Key Qualifications:
A minimum of four years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in trusts & estates, preferably with high-net-worth clients. Strong background in probate and trust administration. Experience preparing federal estate tax returns is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in significant direct client contact.
