Youll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.# **A Day in the Life**Seeking a dynamic and seasoned Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs as part of the Neuromodulation (NM) and Pelvic Health (PH) operations product lifecycle management team. This team manages complex projects and programs in the released product space, including regulatory (i.e., MDR) compliance/remediation, manufacturing site moves or capacity expansion, product design enhancements, and supply continuity programs.Products in these therapy areas include implantable and external neurostimulators, implantable infusion pumps, leads, catheters, associated software programming applications, and associated device recharge and programming instruments.The ideal candidate has demonstrated prior success in leading diverse and multi-site projects, which include matrixed team members from R&D, test, biocompatibility, sterilization, regulatory affairs, operations, supply chain, and quality, among others. Were working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.* Leads or leverages cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage projects related to the ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes, and therapies.* Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, the project team, and line management.* Reviews the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.* Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.* Identifies and assesses project risks and issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.* Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.* Gathers requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation, and requirements management to ensure they meet the demands of the projects key stakeholders.* Communicates with stakeholders, obtains stakeholder engagement to ensure the end products or processes will solve the business problems.**Required Knowledge and Experience:** Requires a Baccalaureate degreeMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.**Nice to have:*** Experience in program management or a technical role in the medical device or highly regulated industry* Working knowledge of key medical device regulations, including but not limited to FDA 21CFR820, EU Medical Device Regulations, ISO14971* Extensive experience leading global complex projects/programs, including cross-functional team leadership and financial accountability* Experience leading changes or new product introductions with contract manufacturers* Experience and ability to manage change implementation for a large number of global product configurations* Strong knowledge and experience in the product phase in / phase out, and new end item/GTIN implementation**Physical Job Requirements**The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
