Remote Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues. You will work closely with users to troubleshoot problems, offer solutions, and ensure a seamless support experience. Key Responsibilities

We are seeking someone who can: Provide remote technical assistance via email, chat, or video. Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, or network-related issues. Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner. Document all interactions and technical steps in the ticketing system. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism. Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who have: 1--3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and general networking concepts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with support tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms. The ability to troubleshoot under pressure and work independently. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace. Preferred Skills

We are seeking individuals who may also bring: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar. Experience with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk). Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud services. Basic scripting or automation knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, etc.). What We Offer
