Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00+ per hour

Job Overview

Korth Excavating and Concrete is hiring a full-time CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our Field Operations team. You will haul materials to and from pit sites, load and unload trailers and equipment, and support the crew when needed. We value safety, reliability, and quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CDL dump truck to haul materials to and from pit sites and job locations.
• Confidently load and unload equipment and trailers.
• Safely back up trailers and maneuver equipment in tight spaces.
• Assist on job sites as needed and be ready to pitch in outside of the truck.
• Maintain the truck with regular oiling, greasing, and basic upkeep.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license – required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles.
• Ability to load/unload heavy equipment and trailers confidently.
• Skilled at backing up trailers and navigating job sites.
• Willingness to assist in the field when not driving.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
