Overview

Korth Excavating and Concrete is hiring a full-time CDL Dump Truck Driver to join our Field Operations team. We are looking for a dependable professional who operates safely and efficiently, hauling materials to and from pit sites, loading and unloading trailers and equipment, and supporting the crew as needed.

Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00+ per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CDL dump truck to haul materials to and from pit sites and job locations.
• Load and unload equipment and trailers.
• Safely back up trailers and maneuver equipment in tight spaces.
• Assist on job sites as needed and be ready to pitch in outside of the truck.
• Maintain the truck with regular oiling, greasing, and basic upkeep.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL license - required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving commercial vehicles.
• Ability to load/unload heavy equipment and trailers confidently.
• Skilled at backing up trailers and navigating job sites.
• Willingness to assist in the field when not driving.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
