Join Overtone Acoustics, where creativity meets commercial-grade sound solutions. We’re expanding and hiring a Commission-Based Sales Rep to focus on both dealer partnerships and direct sales across industries like commercial interiors, audio/visual integration, and architectural design.

What You’ll Do

• Own your sales funnel – from cold outreach to closing.
• Grow and manage dealer partnerships (AV integrators, designers, architects).
• Pursue direct sales from inbound and self-generated leads.
• Present creative acoustic solutions to clients in hospitality, education, offices, and entertainment.
• Track all deals in our CRM and stay accountable to your pipeline.
• Earn uncapped commissions with the opportunity to move into a Sales Manager role.

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve sold before and know how to follow up and close.
• You’re hungry to build your book of business with real rewards.
• You like flexibility but crave structure, team check-ins, and support.
• You’re local to Central Florida (or willing to travel occasionally).
• You’re comfortable using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or ideally Odoo.

Compensation

• 10% commission on self-generated sales
• 1–3% commission on contributed inbound leads
• Client and Dealer reorders: 3%
• Bonus available for performance milestones
• Sales Manager promotion track available
