About the Role
Were seeking a purpose-driven Sales Representative (PH only) to join our high-impact Wealth Creators Sales Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, mission-aligned environments and is passionate about helping individuals transform their financial reality through education, empowerment, and community.
As a WCL Sales Representative, youll play a critical role in converting warm leads into action-takers by guiding them through our proven sales journeyfrom initial interest to enrollment. Youll support prospects through transformational offers including our flagship 5-Day Challenge, Wealth Creators Live Events, and premium programs designed to create real financial breakthroughs.
Scope of Work & Daily Deliverables Core Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement & Follow-Up
- Call, text, and email assigned warm leads daily using approved scripts and CRM workflows
- Follow up with challenge registrants, webinar attendees, and opt-ins to boost show-up and conversion rates

- Sales Funnel Movement
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify needs, identify goals, and recommend the best-fit Wealth Creators program
- Confidently handle objections and help leads make empowered, values-aligned decisions

- Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate notes, call logs, and status updates in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Update lead stages, track sales activity, and ensure leads flow through from interest payment onboarding

- Retention & Rebooking
- Re-engage no-shows, indecisive leads, or challenge drop-offs through personalized outreach
- Drive rebooking and reactivation efforts to optimize our conversion funnel

- Sales Operations & Collaboration
- Process payments, track transactions, and maintain clean sales records
- Join daily huddles, performance reviews, and weekly coaching for continuous improvement
- Stay aligned with the brands mission and uphold ethical, integrity-based sales practices

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1+ year experience in inside sales, enrollment sales, or customer engagement roles
- Skilled in phone, SMS, and voice-based selling
- Highly coachable, results-driven, and confident handling objections
- Strong belief in financial literacy, empowerment, and personal development
- Experience with online challenges, webinars, or event-based sales is a major plus
- Comfortable using GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
