Job Summary:
As the Receptionist, you will play a critical role in creating a positive first impression of our company. You will manage front-desk activities, greet clients, answer incoming calls, and support administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide basic information about the company’s services and route inquiries to appropriate departments
- Assist with administrative support tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate with vendors when necessary
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client and company information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in a front-desk or administrative role (insurance or financial services industry is a plus)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented with a positive and welcoming demeanor
