Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Business Analyst Sage Intacct Construction - Job Description Subject Matter experts (SMEs) are the drivers of our continued growth and success. With their commitment to innovation, these SME/analysts define, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. We’re currently searching for an experienced Sage Intacct Construction SME/business analyst with Sage Intacct Construction and business analysis experience to help guide our organization to the future. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, top-notch analyst, and a seasons SME with regard to Sage Intacct Construction. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape. Objectives of this role Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Sage Intacct Construction and guide users with best practices, and systems and financial guidance Perform research and analysis on financial and operational systems and communicate with all stakeholders Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify gap opportunities to address through introduction of new processes, updated Sage Intacct Construction configuration, and improved data management Serve as thought leader for technical and business processes, developing systems prototypes in Sage Intacct Construction that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders across business units (example: operations, finance, HR, IT) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams Evaluate, analyze, and communicate business & system requirements on a continuing basis, maintain business processes, including status report to Horizons lead Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations Working with the business, make limited configurations to Sage Intacct Construction with the advanced approval of the business Required Skills And Qualifications 3+ years experience with Sage Intacct Construction in an oversight, business analyst, and configurator role Proven experience in generating documentation, business requirements, and reports Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights Preferred Skills And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio Ability to manage user testing Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Research, Analyst, and Information Technology Industries Facilities Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Pueblo by 2x Get notified about new Business Analyst jobs in Arizona, United States .
