Position Summary The Global Senior Brand Manager for Lip leads the Fenty Beauty brand and product strategy for the lip category and is responsible for owning the go-to-market process in close partnership with the Director and Associate Manager. With a data-centric approach, the Senior Brand Manager will drive core, newness and overall category growth by diagnosing the business and identifying product assortment gaps, implementing short- and long-term product strategy, and analyzing sales data to draw actionable insights. As the steward for the lip category, the Senior Manager guides product positioning, messaging, campaign objectives and asset creation for the brand. This role requires a dynamic self-starter who is passionate about the beauty industry, has a consumer-focused mindset, and thrives with cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Global Category Strategy & Activation
Develop and implement global category-level strategies, including core growth plans and clear campaign objectives, to enable marketing teams to create impactful plans for product visibility and performance in all regions
Oversee entire product lifecycle of all lip collections
Establish team as lip category experts with a merchant mindset; stay current on competitive landscape, consumer trends, visual merchandising, and social media
Maintain pulse on product performance in-market, identifying viral moments and trends to drive growth
Maintain cross-functional relationships with internal partners
Act as brand liaison for packaging, inventory planning, creative, product development, visual merchandising, marketing, education, dotcom and operations
Global GTM (Go-To-Market), Product Pipeline & Product Assortment
Lead Lip Go-to-Market plans for successful global product launches (market size, positioning, messaging, unique selling proposition, asset creation, content pillars, etc.)
Own product briefs to build global product pipeline; collaborate with international regions to meet retail, cost of goods, and margin targets
Develop global product strategy with compelling innovation based on market analytics, competitive insights, DEI, and trends
Collaborate with North America and International sales, brand management and marketing teams on market needs; act as global brand advocate
Profile Additional Responsibilities Reporting & Research: Analyze core business metrics and newness revenue targets to drive category growth; monitor beauty retailer landscape for opportunities; help achieve costs and margin targets; make recommendations based on research and sales trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years of related business experience; beauty and/or retail experience strongly preferred
Strong passion for beauty; must be a "beauty junkie"
Strong strategic, analytical, and creative skills
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, changing, client-service oriented environment
Proactive with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Team player with cross-functional collaboration abilities

Kendo Holdings, Inc. is a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer and wholesaler owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton. The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $150,000 per year (San Francisco location). Offered salary depends on experience and location. Kendo Total Rewards includes annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, flex PTO, parental leave, employee discounts, retirement plan with employer contributions, Summer Fridays, remote-work options, and year-end wellness/shutdown period.
