The Global Senior Brand Manager for Lip leads the Fenty Beauty brand and product strategy for the lip category. This role is responsible for managing the go-to-market process in close partnership with the Director and Associate Manager. The Senior Brand Manager will leverage a data-centric approach and maintain a strong pulse on the beauty landscape to drive core, newness, and overall category growth. Key responsibilities include diagnosing the business, identifying product assortment gaps, implementing both short- and long-term product strategies, and analyzing sales data to derive actionable insights. As the steward for the lip category, the Senior Manager guides product positioning, messaging, campaign objectives, and asset creation for the brand. The ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter passionate about the beauty industry, with a consumer-focused mindset, thriving in cross-functional collaboration and communication. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Global Category Strategy & Activation Develop and implement global category-level strategies, including core growth plans and campaign objectives, to enhance product visibility and performance across regions. Oversee the entire product lifecycle of all lip collections. Maintain a strong “merchant mindset” and stay updated on the competitive landscape, consumer trends, visual merchandising, and social media platforms like TikTok. Monitor product performance in-market, identify viral moments and trends to leverage for growth. Build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships with internal teams such as packaging, inventory, creative, product development, marketing, and operations. Lead Lip Go-to-Market plans to ensure successful global product launches, including market sizing, positioning, messaging, and asset creation. Own product briefs to develop a global product pipeline, collaborating with international regions to meet retail, cost, and margin targets. Create a global product strategy focusing on innovative market analytics, competitive insights, DEI, and emerging trends. Work closely with North America and international sales and marketing teams to address market needs and advocate for the brand. Profile

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting & Research Analyze business metrics and revenue targets to drive category growth. Stay informed about the beauty retailer landscape and identify new opportunities. Assist in achieving cost and margin objectives. Make data-driven recommendations based on research and sales trends. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in beauty or retail sectors. Strong strategic, analytical, and creative skills. Excellent communication skills, both in-person and digital, with strong interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment with a client-service orientation. Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. Collaborative team player capable of building cross-functional relationships.
