This role is for a fast-growing human performance supplement company. The Director, GTM & Product Marketing will lead the development and execution of the GTM strategy and product marketing for new product launches, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams, driving product adoption, and amplifying brand and positioning in the market. You will help define the strategic positioning of our products, ensure successful launches, and drive adoption and growth. This role also oversees and optimizes daily operations, working closely with the SVP of Marketing. As the GTM lead, you will streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall growth by moving key business initiatives forward. The role requires a project manager with strong drive and business acumen who can partner across the organization to pull projects through to completion. This role supports our mission of democratizing high performance by ensuring teams use best-in-class practices to deliver on our customers. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking, product expertise, and hands-on execution. This role reports directly to the SVP of Marketing. Responsibilities

Lead the marketing end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for all new product launches, ensuring alignment with company vision, goals, and audience needs Define key messaging, value propositions, and positioning for new products, working closely with Executive leadership, Product, High-Performance, Ecommerce, and Brand/Content teams Develop comprehensive launch plans with timeline, deliverables, and marketing materials including product angles, messaging, and copy Own product positioning and narrative development to differentiate portfolio products for target audiences Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to refine product messaging and positioning Collaborate with Product and High-Performance teams to ensure features, benefits, and value propositions align with market demand and regulatory requirements Work with Ecommerce and Retention teams to build and execute customer product journeys to support habit formation Cross-functional Collaboration & Alignment

Serve as a key point of contact between the executive team and other departments for GTM, product launches, and key initiatives Act as the primary liaison between all teams to ensure alignment of GTM strategy, timelines, and initiatives Develop product training with People & Culture, Product, Marketing, and High Performance teams Build targeted campaigns with Ecommerce and Marketing to drive lead generation and product awareness Collaborate with Strategic Sales & Retail teams to develop tools and training materials that drive product adoption and revenue Brand & Product Evangelism

Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, promoting benefits at events, conferences, PR, and media outreach Support Executive Leadership

Assist the executive team in defining and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support decision-making Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans Develop Operational Processes & Workflows

Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and workflows Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs Define operational goals with senior management and roll out across the organization Monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of initiatives Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 8–12 years of related experience in project management, management consulting, product marketing, GTM strategy, digital marketing, or related roles Proven ability to balance operations with strategic/innovative solutions Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills with multitasking in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills (written, presentation, interpersonal) with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership Strong background in consumer products, ideally in wellness/health/performance Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with Product, Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Operations, Data & Analytics, and Customer Success Hands-on experience in positioning, messaging, and driving consumer awareness for new products Ability to distill complex product information into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences Proficient in analyzing data to derive product performance insights Ability to synthesize data into compelling stories for stakeholders and informed decision-making Deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action Passion for a high-performance lifestyle Location
