As our Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects from start to finish, managing job sites, supervising crew members, and ensuring work meets our high-quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership, precision, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of carpenters and laborers on site Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Execute framing, finish work, cabinetry, and custom builds with high accuracy Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors Track materials, manage time, and maintain schedules Provide mentorship and training to junior team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Qualifications 5+ years of professional carpentry experience (3+ years in a lead role preferred) Proficient with hand and power tools, construction methods, and materials Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to read blueprints and technical plans Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred) Speaks and understands English COME JOIN US!
